International Schools Consortium

International Schools Consortium (iSC) is a nonprofit organization that, since 1986, has offered excellent academic programs to meet the intellectual, physical, and emotional needs of students. iSC has six schools in China — in Chengdu, Qingdao, Wuhan, Wuxi, Tianjin, and Yantai — one school in the UAE, and helps to support various other educational initiatives globally. iSC is a multi-school program, enabling students and teachers to participate in system-wide programs where they can interact with others outside of their immediate school. Students compete in basketball, volleyball and soccer tournaments, as well as music and choral festivals, and Model United Nations (MUN) conventions.

Dawn Wenger

I was born in the state of Ohio and have lived 67% of my life there, literally within the same square mile. Other places I’ve lived include remote Northern Ontario, Pennsylvania, New York, Thailand, China, and Taiwan. I enjoy learning about and understanding cultures, and I’m passionate about helping people improve their life by improving their mental health. Previously I have worked with children and adults both in community mental health and in private practice. This included intensive outpatient for recovering addicts, equine therapy, in-home and in-school therapy, and group and individual counseling for residential and outpatient clients. It is a privilege to be joining the team at CDIS.
