As a reminder, the Health Office carries topical medications and lozenges. The Health Office does not carry medications such as Tylenol, Ibuprofen, Benedryl and Tums.
Please remember that students are not allowed to carry their own medicines. Exceptions are made only for students requiring emergency medications for conditions such as diabetes, asthma or severe allergy with parent permission.
If your child needs to take any daily or prescription medication during school hours, please fill out the Medication Administration Permission form (available for download at the CDIS website or hard copies may be obtained in the Health Office). Submit this form to the nurse's office along with the medication, clearly labeled with the child’s name and in the original package, and dosage instructions in English.
