Four steps of enrollment
Submission
We have a rolling admissions policy and accept applications for new students throughout the year. First, complete the application form below, and pay your application fee securely online at submission.
Paperwork
Our Admissions office will contact you, and may ask you to complete an online enrollment. We’ll also ask to see supporting documents including your passport and visa/residence permit; your child’s immunization record; an administrator and/or teacher recommendation (not ECC); and up to two years’ previous school record/transcript (not ECC).
Assessment
We will invite you to the school for an interview, and may ask your child to take an assessment test in English and/or math in support of the application. Our admissions office will work with you to book tests in for your child as needed.
Decision
Once the application process is complete, we’ll notify you within one week about our decision to accept your application, decline it, or to place your child’s name in our waiting pool. If your child is accepted, we’ll ask you to complete a Student Medical Report and get ready to start school classes.
Please note.
Students entering Foundation must turn 3 by September 30th of the year they enroll. Students entering Junior Kindergarten must turn 4 by September 30th of the year they enroll. Students entering Kindergarten must turn 5 by September 30th of the year they enroll. Students entering Grade 1 must turn 6 by September 30th of the year they enroll.
