I have been working for CDIS since 2000. I’ve been a co-teacher, Chinese teacher and ESL lead teacher. In 2004, I left CDIS to pursue my master’s degree and served in organizations that were associated with Focus on the Family in the U.S. and Singapore and Parenting with Confidence in New Zealand. I returned to CDIS as the Head Principal’s Assistant in 2010. In 2013, I was promoted to Human Resources Director, and this year the Chinese Principal. I have witnessed how CDIS has become a professional and loving community. My sweetest time here was with the ESL students. I still keep in touch with some of them. It is an unparalleled joy to see them grow into young influential professionals in the world.
